		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s worse than that here: you&#039;re expected to put it into a special box at the tip/recycling centre/waste transfer station on the edge of town which isn&#039;t well-served by buses and is very unpleasant to cycle into (big vans) or walk into (no footpaths).  At least the town hall is in the town centre!]]></description>
