There are so many excellent gluten free foods now available. In fact we list over 800 different products. Do try these foods. in fact if you let me know your details I can send you a voucher to try a few. But just one tip, as gluten is found in the cereals wheat, rye oats and barley, the gluten free products can err on the side of cakes, biscuits, confectionery and pastries. So when selecting your products do remember that a basic healthy diet of veg and fruit naturally has no gluten and that products heavy in sugar, salt and fat should be chosen with moderation. Having said that do take a look at the gluten free foods listing of over 800 lines arranged by category.
