As a Hay Fever sufferer i can safely say that none of the mainstream remedies offered are of any use to me whatsoever, many of my fellow sufferers agree with me - you just have to ride it out. On a slightly different note, purely observing those who i interact with on a day to day basis, i would say that one in three suffer from Hay Fever symptoms. Quite worrying really.]]></description>
